Our prices are extremely competitive, with no hidden costs.

• Onsite call out - Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 9:00pm  - £55.00 per hour
• Remote support call - Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 9:00pm - £35.00 per hour

• Prices for calls out of the above hours will be confirmed at the point of booking.  

Our prices are very competitive and we always check our hardware prices against online retailers to make sure your getting the best deals.

We do not charge a call out fee, we charge a fix hourly rate of £55.00 for the first hour and in some cases where we need to be on site for more than an hour we charge £27.50 for every additional 30 minutes.

If you bring the item into us for repair then we charge £45.00 per hour and in some cases where we need to spend more than an hour we charge £22.50 for every additional 30 minutes.

Please note all the above prices is for labour only and do not include the cost of parts.

Example:
 

An onsite support call between 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Saturday lasting one hour would cost £55.00. All our charges are confirmed with the customer prior to the call out, so there will be no surprises.

If for some reason we need to make a repeated onsite visit for the same problem then we do not charge you again for the additional callout. Please note this does not apply for repeated virus infections.

Our charges do not start until we arrive onsite and start work, the above prices do not include the cost of parts.

If we need to install a new part to fix the problem, the technician will confirm with the customer what part needs to be replaced. They will then confirm the exact cost, if you are happy with the price only then will the techician install the part.

No Call Out Charge
 

Providing you are within a 30 mile radius of Westbury, Wiltshire, BA13 postcode then there will be no call out charge, if however if you are out side of the 20 mile radius then a small call out charge of £15.00 will be added to the final cost.
