Our prices are extremely competitive, below are our current prices for 2010 to 2011.

Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 9:00pm 

Onsite labour charge: £55.00 per hour
Remote support charge: £35.00 per hour

Out of the above hours will be confirmed.  

Please note:

The above prices exclude VAT @ 17.5% and any parts.

Example:
An onsite support call between 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Saturday lasting one hour would cost £55.00 + VAT. All our charges are confirmed with the customer prior to the call out, so there will be no surprises.

If for some reason we need to make a repeated onsite visit for the same problem then we do not charge you again for the additional callout. Please note this does not apply for repeated virus infections.

Please note:
Our charges do not start until we arrive onsite and start work, the above prices do not include the cost of parts.

If we need to install a new part to fix the problem, the technician will confirm with the custmer what part needs to be replaced and why, they will then confirm the exact cost, if you are happy with the price only then will the techician install the part.

No Call Out Charge
Providing you are within a 20 mile radius of BA13 postcode then there will be no call out charge, however if you are out side of the 20 mile radius then a small call out of £15.00 + VAT will be added to the standard labour charge.
