Our prices are extremely competitive, below are our current prices for 2009 to 2010.

Onsite call out charge: £25.00*
Onsite labour charge: £45.00 per hour
Remote support charge: £30.00 per hour

The above prices exclude VAT @ 15.0%

Example:
An onsite support call between 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday lasting one hour would cost £70.00 + VAT. All our charges are confirmed with the customer prior to the call out, so there will be no surprises.

If for some reason we need to make a repeated onsite visit for the same problem then we do not charge you again for the additional callout.

Please note:
Our charges do not start until we arrive onsite and start work, the above prices do not include the cost of parts.

If we need to install a new part to fix the problem, the technician will confirm with the custmer what part needs to be replaced and why, they will then confirm the exact cost, if you are happy with the price only then will the techician install the part.

If you are located within a 5 mile radius of Westbury, Wiltshire (BA13 4XX) then we will not charge you an onsite call out charge. Saving you £25.00
